Who are Paragon Health Benefits?

Established in 2014, as part of the Premier Choice Healthcare network. We provide our customers with independent health and protection insurance advice. This applies to businesses and individual families throughout the UK.

By looking after our clients, we have been very successful in growing our business. To facilitate this success, we decided to trade under the name Paragon Health Benefits Ltd from 1 January 2018.

Paragon Health Benefits Ltd is an appointed representative of Premier Choice Healthcare Ltd which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. FCA number 312878.

I have worked in the health insurance industry since 1999, within various insurer and intermediary roles including sales team manager at Bupa, the UK’s largest private medical insurance provider. I take great pride in my independent advice status, providing free impartial reviews to clients of all sizes. My priority is to place the clients’ interests above anything else.

As an independent employee benefits consultant with CII IF7 & GR1 qualifications, I am well placed to provide companies with the appropriate scope of advice ranging from employee benefits to personal and international health insurance products. My services include free impartial advice to all sizes of business and my aim is to always complete a full annual market review to benchmark your current insurance benefits, ensuring that they satisfy your business needs, whilst being considerate to your available budget. Other services include: claims assistance for members, monthly/quarterly claims reporting, invoice and membership support.

Being a part of Premier Choice Healthcare enables me to manage my own business client bank with the support of a back-office team of administrators who provide FCA compliance and administrative services.

Helen has been in the healthcare industry since 2000. She has a wealth of experience spending 18 years at Bupa working as a specialist healthcare advisor. In 2018 Helen joined Paragon Health Benefits as a senior independent consultant.
